Family & Friends,

Congratulations!! Visanuk and May had a baby boy on Aug 31! His name is Wisutha. Thank you for your prayers -- the tumor disappeared! After delivering the baby, the doctor was going to remove the tumor but here was none! This tumor had been giving May a lot of pain and discomfort, so we asked everyone to pray for it to disappear and it did! Praise God, He still performs miracles!

Virgene Hughes holding the baby boy and her daughter, Denise. Mason and Virgene Hughes are overseeing the ministries in Mae Sot for us while we are in the USA and their daughter Denise and granddaughter, Nicole are visiting them for a few weeks.

Today we were at the Chippewa Falls courthouse to return some things for Neill’s mom and Diana suggested going out a different way than the way we went in. It turned out to be the main entry and also the place of recent controversy. A memorial to a county deputy who had been killed earlier in the year, had been placed there. On the back side of the memorial, a quote from the deputy is engraved. The controversy is that he talks about God, Jesus and salvation and the memorial is on government land. It had been on the local news and so we went to see and read what the fuss was about and a journalist from Duluth, Minnesota was there. He talked to us for a bit and then he put us on film and we will be on the news tonight or tomorrow night. The deputy was from Superior, Wisconsin, just across the border, so this was ‘local’ news for them, too. He also gave us the website where our brief interview will be: www.KBJR.TV

We have visited our grandkids, daughter and son-in-law in Oklahoma, will be visiting Diana’s side of the relatives in the next week or so and are based out of Neill’s mom’s house in Hallie, WI.

We start on our “tour of churches” September 13 in Independence and Vinton, Iowa. Hope you see you soon.

Your Missionary Partners,

Neill & Diana
